We sell nothing else.
Almost everyone who will offer to review your cloud and AI costs has something else to sell you at the end of it.
That is not a scandal. It is how their business models work, and most of them are open about it. But it does change what their recommendations are worth, and it is worth knowing which one you are talking to.
Who else offers this, and what they are actually selling
That last row is the honest cost of independence. It is set out below.
What independence actually means here
What we do not take
- No commission from any vendor
- No referral fees
- No partner tiers, badges or margins
- No reselling of cloud, licences or software
- No tooling of our own that the recommendation quietly requires you to buy
- No implementation arm waiting downstream for the work the report creates
You can check this. There are no partner logos on this site because there are no partnerships. Nivaan Limited is registered in England and Wales, number 10366582, and its accounts are public. And you can simply ask on the call who pays us. The answer is that you do, once, for this engagement.
What independence costs you
We cannot do the work. The plan is written so your own team can execute it, and most of the first month is configuration rather than engineering. But if what you want is somebody with their hands on the keyboard making the changes, that is a different supplier and you should hire one. We will tell you that on the call rather than four weeks in.
We also have no incentive to find savings that are not there. That cuts both ways. Nobody here is motivated to inflate a number to justify the fee, and nobody is motivated to promise you a return before seeing your data.
Questions
"Our managed service provider already does this."+
Keep them doing it. But a partner whose revenue scales with the size of your estate has no commercial reason to shrink it. That is not a criticism, it is how the contract works. The strongest outcome is taking our plan back to them as the work order, with savings targets written into the next contract cycle.
"The native tools are free. Why pay?"+
Use them, and the report will say so. They are sufficient at most organisations at your scale. But free tools generate recommendations, and roughly half of recommendations are never actioned. The gap is not visibility, it is the process between detection and someone doing something.
"Why would we trust a number from someone with no skin in the game?"+
Because none of the numbers ask for trust. Every figure traces to a resource, a utilisation profile or a commitment record in your own account, and the workings are handed over with the report. Your team can open any one of them and disagree.

The line that matters. A recommendation to keep doing exactly what you are doing is an outcome we are paid the same for.
