Know what you spend.

Drop a billing export in. Get the findings out.

Reads FOCUS, AWS Cost and Usage Reports, Azure Cost Management exports, Google Cloud billing exports, or any CSV with a cost column. Classifies every line by cost profile, runs the waste register, and shows its own arithmetic so you can disagree with it.

Nothing leaves your browser. The file is read in memory on your own machine. There is no upload, no server, no database and no account. Close the tab and it is gone. You can disconnect from the network and it still works.

What it does

It will tell you

  • Your monthly run rate and annualised spend
  • The split across variable, committed, seat and human-in-the-loop cost
  • Committed capacity that has not moved — the flat line that looks healthy
  • Spend that cannot be attributed to any team, reported in pounds not percentages
  • AI spend across ten classes, including the ones hiding inside your cloud bill
  • A ranked waste register with annual values, effort, and honest confidence labels

It will not

  • Ask for your email address
  • Upload, store or transmit anything
  • Connect to your cloud accounts
  • Require an agent, sensor or collector
  • Pretend an estimate is a measurement
  • Tell you whether a saving is permitted — see below

Why it is free

Because it costs us nothing to run. There is no infrastructure behind it, so there is no reason to charge for it or to trade it for your contact details. Cost analysis is also, honestly, commoditised — your cloud provider gives you a version of it already. What is not commoditised is knowing which findings you can act on.

If it is useful, the most helpful thing you can do is send it to someone else who needs it.

Found something you cannot act on?

That is the interesting part. Twenty minutes, no deck.
